Stop playing. From the daily parade of molesters, to the abuse ladled out on Ann Althouse 's blog, so-called "educators" are now allowed to fuck the public and go their own way without serious penalty:
“What you did was a jab in the eye with a sharp stick to every parent who trusts a teacher.”
One more time, bloggers:
Change the word "parent" to "citizen" and you can apply that quote to Glenn Reynolds' still linking to Althouse for her feminist views after her attack on readers for same. There's been no accountability. She publicly screwed up and then sailed away.
Ponder the fact Ann voted for Obama - who Reynolds violently opposes - and then ask yourself:
If Althouse was black, and repeatedly behaved the way she has, would she be linked by Reynolds?
Hasn't TMR been "punished" for speaking about the very ethics and hypocrisy I see these two display? (Both Professors Reynolds and Althouse swear online so it can't be language,...) Neither Reynolds nor Althouse links here, any longer, because they know I'm outraged about that. Why a second standard between them? I ask you and them:
Between a Rapper and a tenured "professor", who should be expected to acknowledge, and be held to, a higher standard? Why aren't they? Even between each other? Is this the Society Of Homeopath's Code Of Ethics where they don't snitch? Or is Reynolds actually letting the Obama-supporting feminist he rails about daily - and who sells a lot of books for his wife - off the hook?
No matter what they think of me or my style, I am still "the public", and - like a lot of other people - I'm being taught not to trust teachers, and why is obvious:
The fact we're learning is all they appear to find important,...
